Discovering your leadership skills is step one – learning to apply leadership is a lifelong journey. Leaders in this experience learn to stop thinking about leadership and start being leaders, by demonstrating leadership behaviours in every facet of their lives.
Participants will practice being the force that drives the future of their organization, through six days of intensive full-day learning experiences and ongoing application and coaching. Your personal coach will help you to apply your leadership skills through frank and bold conversations. You’ll explore the impact you have on others, their work, and your organization.
