Experience different points of view on common ethical and professional issues facing your participants so they expand their perspective and understand the implications of protocols, leadership, emergencies, and environments. Participants practice applying professionalism and ethics in relevant environments to decide the best course of action to take in gray areas in relevant situations.
Participants become aware of when and why their action is the most appropriate. They learn from each other while discussing alternatives for action and testing approaches. Participants learn firsthand the importance of upholding the standard of practice. The participants learn about their profession’s standards and protocols by discussing their professional choices in the context of standards and protocols.
